Our restaurant in Seville wants to reflect a gastronomic concept that has its answer in the story. Our name, ‘The Swallow’, born from the mythical tavern that Vicente ran "The Swallow", even if, Really, the current idea has nothing to do with that popular meeting point for international artists and figures.
