Nuestro restaurante en Sevilla quiere reflejar un concepto gastronómico que tiene su respuesta en la historia. Nuestro nombre, ‘El Traga’, nace de la mítica taberna que regentaba Vicente “El Traga”, aunque, realmente, la idea actual nada tiene que ver con aquel popular punto de encuentro de artistas y figuras del plano internacional.

Beber de la tradición gastronómica andaluza y reinventarla a una cocina de autor es el objetivo principal de nuestro equipo. Venir a nuestro Restaurante en Sevilla es una experiencia en la que la materia prima es protagonista. El balance perfecto entre cocina moderna y tradición es una de nuestras señas de identidad.
