La Mala tortillería, un local muy canalla donde la cocina española se mezcla con propuestas internacionales a base de influencias que han ido recibiendo durante sus viajes por distintas partes del mundo. «Es un bar fronterizo, con una decoración muy especial. Nosotros lo que queremos es que quien venga salga de aquí como un colega nuestro más», subraya Guillermo Chao, que también es el chef.
